Business Analysis as I know it

Earlier in my career, starting with the QC Engineering role, I have gained my knowledge in IT industry as a newbie who wants to destroy the software apps and finds bugs from many kinds of activities. At that time, all I want is to have the Business Requirements Document laid out on the table, put all of my crazy effort to set these applications up, and make it crashed as soon as possible. Quality control is pretty interesting, however, it did not catch my attention long enough.

Back to 2016, my very first project as a Business Analyst was about a Learning Management System. In order to identify the project work breakdowns, we analyse and raise concerns for the requirements from the Business Requirements Document, you can find the BRD template here.
